Infants under 4 years (48 months) old and People of Determination (POD) are admitted free of charge, and those eligible for special pricing such as children, senior citizens, and People of Determination are admitted upon verification of ID. If special pricing ticket is purchased by a person who is not eligible, it won't be exchanged or refunded, and the admission may be denied.
Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
Guests who have purchased an 'admission only' ticket can access the TEA BAR for an additional fee of AED25 per person at the main entrance lobby area.
Visit Time:
Guests typically spend 60 to 90 minutes exploring ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI, though we recommend allocating
approximately 90 Minutes for a comprehensive experience.
Prohibited Items:
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at the venue.
Violation of this rule may result in intervention by security and potential involvement of the police.
Offenders will be held responsible for any infractions.
Disruptive Behavior:
If you intentionally disrupt the exhibition or disturb other visitors, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds
will be given.
Re-entry is not permitted.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the museum.
Those caught will be asked to leave without refunds.
Allergies:
If you have allergies, please inform the ticket office and tea bar staff, especially regarding nuts or dairy
products.
Visitors are responsible for any underlying health issues that occur due to not providing allergy information.
Handling Exhibit:
Please refrain from touching or leaning on exhibits.
Non-compliance may result in damage to property or artworks.
Safety in the Venue:
The venue consists of mirrored walls and floors. Running can result in serious injury.
Please avoid running at all times, given the dim settings of the venue.
Liability for Damages:
If a visitor's negligence results in damage to the property of ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI, the visitor may be
held liable for compensation.
Special Recommendations:
Pregnant women, elderly people, and those with low light tolerance are recommended to have a guardian
accompany them for their safety and comfort.
Individuals with a history of medical conditions, including but not limited to stroke, panic disorders, heart
disease, and seizures, are advised to exercise caution during their visit.
Food and Beverages:
All food and beverages, including water, gum, and candy, are prohibited throughout the exhibition.
Child Safety:
Children aged 13 and under may enter with a parent or guardian.
The guardian is responsible for keeping the child safe during the visit.
In the event of damage or destruction caused by a child's negligence, or if a child is injured, the
parent or guardian is liable.
Scented Environment:
The exhibition is infused with harmless scents that match the artworks.
