The boat is docked behind the Jewels Tower in Marina, near the famous Doubletree by Hilton hotel. Our representative will be sending the location and parking options along with the confirmation.
The Dhow cruise berthing location will be shared with you at the time of reservation, and you will get the contact details of the Dhow staff and the customer support team.
We suggest arriving ahead of time to avoid unnecessary delays.
Request for the baby chair is available at the Dhow upon availability. Please consult the representative accordingly to submit your request.
Route: Beginning from the JBR dock, the cruise covers Marina Lagoon, Dubai Marina Mall, and near the Bluewater Island as its final stop before docking back to JBR.

Dress code: It is your choice, formal or casual dress, but see that you are adequately covered. Wear what you wish for a memorable trip to make snaps and keep the beautiful memory with you. Keep a jacket handy during winter, however.

The pick-up and drop-off timing might be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location
Winter clothes such as sweaters and jackets may be needed for the months of November to February
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

As your eyes round up the 3600, you would see landmarks such as Dubai Marina Mall, the surreal 1800 arching Cayan Towers, The Bluewater development, the gigantic Ain Dubai (Newly opened, the highest observatory wheel in the world). These landmarks, beautifully lit up the night, would be the ideal background for a great selfie.
The sumptuous buffet barbeque dinner is loaded with options for both veg and non-veg delicacies. It starts with welcome drinks of juice/ tea/ coffee and dates. Followed by a variety of lip-smacking salads as starts and then you have the main course consisting of a variety of bread, rice, and side dishes. The dessert rounds up our menu.
Onboard hospitality is an exception, and we have staff who know how to pamper you and are capable of being your trip guides. The 2-hour cruise ends back in the same place where it started, and the entire experience leaves you wanting for more!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Under 3 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
Between 3 to 10.99 years will be considered as child and child rate applies. 
11 years and above will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
