People of all ages are welcome at Dubai Safari Park. Height restrictions apply to some activities and guests with medical conditions may be restricted from participating in some experiences.
People of determination receive free entry, plus complimentary entry for two companions, as well as priority ticketing with their SANAD ID.
Getting About: Dubai Safari Park’s villages and experiences can be visited in any order. Visitors are welcome to walk the park or use the complimentary train service that connects each village. During the train service, passengers will be directed through the park by an audio guide.
Accessibility: Dubai Safari Park is fully equipped to accommodate people of determination. Upon request, wheelchairs can be availed from guest service counters and all park transportation, including open electrical vehicles, buses and trains are wheelchair accessible.
Food and Drink: Dubai Safari Park hosts a wide selection of restaurants, ranging from fast food to culinary delights from across the world.
Gift Shops: Visitors can take home souvenirs from Soko Souvenirs, located in the main building and Zawadai Shop, located in African Village.

Parking: Dubai Safari Park has three parking areas, parking 1, 2, and 3.
Parking 1: 540 spaces (P1 is the closest parking to the main entrance with 540 covered spaces, 22 of which are for people of determination. Additionally, there are two charging points for electric vehicles.)
Parking 2: 740 spaces
Parking 3: 1,700 spaces (shuttle service is offered free of charge upon request)
First Aid: An in-house paramedic team is available to attend to visitor emergencies during operating hours.
Attire: *Respectful clothing is required while visiting the park. i.e. shoulders and knees should be covered.
Additional Amenities (fees may apply)
Scooters: Scooters are available to hire on-site for use in African Village and Al Wadi
Kids Rides: Mini cars for children can be arranged at African Village and Explorer Village
Photo Booth: Pictures will be taken in the Glass Building and can be picked up at the main building photobooth
