All guests should maintain 2m social distancing at all times, inside and outside the waterpark. Members of a single group (up to 10 members) can be seated together while maintaining 4m social distancing between two groups, however in the restaurants, only up to 5 people per table will be allowed.
Guests should follow personal hygiene and etiquette before, during, and after using the rides. i.e. no spitting in the water, regular washing of hands, covering sneezes and coughs and showering before getting on the slides.
Hand sanitizers are placed around the waterpark, please use them frequently to maintain clean hygiene.
Avoid sharing items that are difficult to clean, sanitize, or disinfect, or that are meant to come in contact with the face. i.e goggles and nose clips.
Don’t share items such as food, equipment, and supplies with guests from other households.
Guests with underlying medical conditions, respiratory illness, or chronic diseases must not enter the waterpark.
The maximum capacity on the rides is 1 person per 4 square meters (density requirement). Guests may be asked to wait before entering the rides to maintain this requirement.
Parents/Minders/Caretakers are responsible and accountable for their children’s behavior in the waterpark area and children must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure social distancing on the rides.
Social gatherings of any sort, group events, and parties are not allowed.
Wild Wadi Waterpark™ Management reserves the right to enforce/change the rules and regulations under the guidance of the government at any time.
Please read safety signs and follow the directions of staff at all times.
- You must be at least 1.1 meters in height to ride some attractions.
- Caution: Pregnant guests or guests with any medical, health, or self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity or are overweight for the body type or under “doctor’s care” should not use attractions.
- Be aware: Some water rides are body-active, participatory activities. Such activities present a risk of injury.
- Direct supervision of a caring minder is required at all times.
- Please follow all lifeguards’ instructions.
- Please wait until instructed by the lifeguard to enter the slide start tub.
- Allow the lifeguard to assist you in the proper seating arrangement.
- Please wait for the lifeguard to dispatch you.
- Please ride in a seated position facing the center, holding the handles.
- Please be wary of the water depth in some pools.
- Unruly behaviour and horseplay are not permitted.
- Appropriate swimwear is required when riding the attractions: cotton clothes, street clothes, long flowing clothing, and underwear will not be permitted. Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate.
- Wearing sunglasses and prescription lenses is not allowed when riding the attractions.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests who violate this policy to leave the water park.
- Look at each ride and see if you can safely participate - you are the best judge of your limitations.
- Please supervise your children and arrange a meeting place in case you should get separated.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or older to enter the waterpark.
- We reserve the right to stop picture taking and video recording.
- Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Locker rental is available for your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended. Appropriate swimwear MUST be worn at all times. Full body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides.
- Wild Wadi accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of any personal items.
- Guests are welcome to use their Go Pro cameras on the rides except on Jumeirah Sceirah.
- Go Pro cameras can be used only if the straps are attached to the camera.
Things that are not permitted in Wild Wadi:
- Outside food and beverage, or any glass items
- Fighting and abusive language
- Smoking in non-designated smoking areas
- Running and diving
- Unruly behaviour and horse playing
- Intoxication
- Queue jumping
- Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim diapers are available for sale at our gift shops
- Devices that contain exposed needles which do not retract into the device or other sharp points and edges (May be stored in First Aid Room)
For your own health and safety, appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times when using the park's attractions and if wearing inappropriate attire, you might be asked to change or leave the premises. If you wish to buy bathing suits, we have a selection of swimwear and casual clothes in our retail outlets. It is a condition of entry to the park.
Inappropriate swimwear includes and is not limited to:
- Underwear
- Cotton clothes
- Transparent bathing suits
- Street clothes, long flowing clothing, and underwear will not be permitted.
- Shorts with protruding designs or accessories on the back e.g. rivets, wetsuits
- Long necklaces and chains
- The swimsuit should be free of metal; buttons, zippers, buckles, or snaps that could be abrasive to other swimmers, and our slides
- Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides
- Regular diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim diapers are available for sale at our gift shops
Guests visiting the park not swimming/playing
- Clothing shall not indecently expose parts of the body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures and slogans.
- Management reserves the right to determine whether or not swimwear is appropriate.
- Wearing spectacles (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) while riding any of the rides is not allowed, for safety purposes. However, if you need to keep them with you, then you can purchase lanyards from our retail stores!
- For the convenience of our female Muslim guests, we provide Muslim swimwear for sale in our retail outlets. Please note that Burkini (Muslim swimwear that includes a headscarf/hijab) is allowed on the rides.
